Bonitas Medical Scheme

Totally inept and useless medical aid. I became a member of Bonitas by default after the collapse of Prosano Medical Aid. Always find a reason not to approve hospital authorisation even if the procedure seeks to be preventative. Their reason is that the patient needs to show symptoms of some illness. That reasoning is shocking. Does the patient first needs to be diagnosed with cancer before they will approve any authorization? This battle with Bonitas is going on for almost six months. Maybe I should just move on and look at other medical aids for the sake of my sanity.
