BONITAS MEDICAL SCHEME A ****

I was over charged for two months now. My contribution is R2789.00 but they billed R5177.00. My AON urgent submitted necessary documents to medical scheme and they confirmed error has been corrected. On the 20 February I called the medical scheme doing the follow up on my refund. And I was told this month they will take a correct amount.Yesterday I was surprised to see same deduction as previous months occurred again. Now they overcharged me R 4800.00 in total that they must refund to me.
