Bonitas Medical Scheme
I will give a 3 star and upgrade when they prove themselves. Documents for self payment have been sent as requested numerous times every day for a refund to no avail. Thus has been ongoing since 27 March 2023. I pay my monthly premium every month, and know for sure should I default even by just 1 day, my medical would be suspended with immediate effect. Ready to take your money every month, but will not repay what to them is a pittance without a fight. Shame on them!!!

13 Apr 2023, 12:59I sincerely hope you do, as I have received a mail stating that they have received a claim from Dischem dated 27 March 2023. That is the copy I received that was requested by Bonitas with a stamp stating clearly the this was paid by myself and Bonitas needs to refund me. I have NEVER received such shoddy treatment from Bonitas. You can go into my profile and see how many emails have been sent to your queries, claims and Medscheme sections. So far a waste of my time and data, because I get the same standard reply... we are attending to your query... really if this was the case this matter would have already been resolved.

20 Apr 2023, 09:10On 13 April 2023 I said I would reconsider my rating once the issue is resolved. I am keeping to my word and give Bonitas Medical a 4.5 star rating. Why not 5 you may ask.... no company/organisation is 100% perfect.
