Bonitas medical savings refund review

I received the email below from Bonitas with a promise to escalate my case, with the reviews I have seen so far with regards to these Saving Refunds. This is the modus operandi for this company I do not understand why they are doing this to people. I will not rest until I receive my savings which I have worked hard for. I will come again on this platform with all responses and promises I get from them. Because every 7-10 days becomes another month and you have to restart the process all over again, nothing ever really happens.
