Bonitas Medical - MOST PATHETIC

I've been trying for 2 days to sign up for membership. Bonita's website is not working and if you phone them, you get an answering machine to leave a message and no one calls you back. If it is such a mission to become a member, how will i struggle if I have queries or claims after joining the fund? PATHETIC service, Im having serious doubts. Think I must rather join another fund which is more sufficient and actually wants to help
