Bonitas Medical Insurers - utterly hopeless!
Utterly diabolic trying to deal with this insurance company. I got through to an agent on the WhatsApp platform - they introduced themselves as Tshidziwani - and then they dropped me. How on earth do I get any answers to my medical questions?
