Bonitas medical fund worst medical aid

I have been with bonitas for about 4 years now. I recently made payment to them sent them the proof of payment even received an email from them saying that the medical aid will be reinstated once they receive the first installment which I paid on the 25 of January 2023 up until today the medical aid is suspended and whenever I phone no1 can help me or they say they will call me back but they don't. And in the interim if I need to use my medical aid can't even though I have paid for it.
