Bonitas Medical Fund with MY LIFE!

Been with Bonitas for years and last I discontinued my membership with them due limitation from my employer. I opted to withdraw my savings in November 2024. I was told I will receive the funds in Jan 2025, I have made multiple attempts to reach out to them they told me I must call them weekly to request for update which was disappointing to hear. After multiple calls and emails and insisting that they commit to a date the response was it will be paid in January between 10 - 15 working days till to date it has not been paid. I am need to conclude a medical appoint but I am unable to do because Bonitas made wait indefinitely, my health is not important as I am not their member after so many years of being with that medical scheme being treated like this appalling. People need to know what they are signing up for here. Bonitas is not doing me a favor here this is my money that they playing games with I patiently communicated with them and they playing games with my life..I am LIVID!!
