Bonitas Medical Fund WHAT A JOKE!

Bonitas is really frustrating! I app**** to change my option from Primary select to the income base BonCap, what a JOKE!! I've lost my job because of my forefoot been amputated. (I worked in the construction business) I've send in my Dr's report, photos of my amputated foot, an affidavit as well as my application for Sassa disability grant. Guess what! To my amazement Bonitas approved my down grade in plans BUT now I have to PAY R1000 more on this plan as on my previous Primary Select (which was a much better plan). I think this is the most STUPID thing I ever heard of! Seems to me they can do maths or either just don't care! Ps: I have been a member of Bonitas for almost 24 years, shame on me!🤬
