Bonitas Medical Fund the worst!!!

This has to be the worst medical aid ever! Bonessential option has no hospitals at all! They tell you its a hospital plan but for you to get a hospital you find it like an hour from where you are,they give you a list of clinics around that literally close at 4pm and pretty much do not do anything for pregnant women. Called the call centre a billion times and its either the number they give me for a selected gynae doesn’t go through or there isn’t one in my area! Its very upsetting to pay so much money and have to drive an hour to my network hospital. How ridiculous? I mean there has to be at least one hospital near by,doesn’t make sense to me. Soon after delivering am changing this nonsense medical aid,doing no good for me. Bunch of ********! ?
