Bonitas Medical Fund - Poor Communication

<p>I have a Bon Essential Option, hospital plan.</p> <p>I as the main member have never used my plan since I have joined Bonitas for any hospitalisation.</p> <p>I needed to have a cyst removed in my top jaw too large to be done out of theatre.</p> <p>This was classed as Specialised Dentistry and the matter was thrown between Dennis and Bonitas.</p> <p>I have made MANY calls and sent MANY e-mails. I was told to send through my details again and put in an appeal yet I have had no response. After many discussions with different surgeons and doctors - they all ensured me that removal of a cyst cannot be classed as specialised dentistry.</p> <p>I am disgusted with Bonitas.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
