Bonitas Medical Fund Poor Administration
I have never been so frustrated with a Medical Aid admin process rendered by Bonitas. POOR POOR POOR Administration, what time wasters!!! I have since submitted all necessary documents to change option for their plans because of affordability from the 25th of February 2023 till to date. And all what they do is giving me runner arounds of the decade! With endless delay tactics just to simply wait for the right time to perhaps inform me that they can't process my request, and the aim would be to suck contributions from my pocket which I can't even afford. I am not really surprised they have a 2 star rating, it now makes sense.
