Bonitas medical fund PATHETIC

Pathetic medical aid. New year January 2026 medical aids kick in so my husband and I go for our yearly check up. Only to be told the medical aid is not paying!! HOW!!! if its a new year!!!! will definitely be looking for a new medical aid. Was told to submit claim its now middle of February and we still waiting for our refund!!!!! Don't go with Bonitas if u want medical aid because they leave u stranded!!! If you Google Bonitas they have a 1.9 star rating now we know why!
