Bonitas Medical Fund Nightmare and depression
Beware of joining Bonitas Medical Fund it is another example of poor service delivery in this country, the agents mislead members into believing they have available benefits then after you consult you will end up with rejected claims and medical bills to pay out of your own pocket ***-Teboho confirmed 15 consultations with psychiatrist the claim was rejected and my pmb or so called basket of care was depleted as I later discovered please don't make the mistake of your life to join Bonitas I am currently switching medical aids
