Bonitas medical fund is refusing to pay for my medication

I am Mrs Ziyanda Mtshobeni, a 34yr old female. I was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2019 and I've been in and out of hospital for drainage of fluid on my lungs due to this endometriosis. Now the fluid is all around my belly it is very huge I am struggling to eat, work, bath, clean my home, socialize with people. This is affecting me emotionally and physically. My gynae referred me to the specialist in Cape Town so in order for me to do the operation to remove this endometriosis I need to first start using a medication called Zoladex which costs R7500 which I have to use for 3 consecutive months starting from October 2023 so that in January I will have to go through this operation. My gynae as sent a motivational letter to the Bonitas medical aid for me to be able to get this Zoladex but they declined, again the specialist from Cape Town wrote the second motivational letter again they have rejected it. Now I can see that I am dying slowly I am very weak, I'm constipated I was admitted to hospital last Sunday and my doctor was so worried the way he saw me I am dropping a lot of weight and yet my belly is very huge it's like it is going to blast any time. I'm in pains and what worries me is that I can't even it because my intestines are full so I always vomit after eating a small portion of food.
