Bonitas Medical fund is a **** and their agents

My Medical aid was cancelled without any communication. When i had contacted the agent that made me join the medical aid by the name of Miss Timintsu Hlayi , she said she had no knowledge also but returned back to me that she got an email from our company regarding our retrenchment so they had to cancel our medical aids , the problem started when my medical bills started coming in and i had paid for that certain month to use the medical aid . Her response was i had been using and paying after but from the start of the medical to the payment date it shows that i have been paying correctly by means i cannot be owing any medical bills. I have not been able to pay the bills and they are adding up as they have reversed funds for the month i had payed for and was told to pay cash. From there on there has not been any communication from her and the medical scheme. If there is any way all this can be cleared can i please be contacted and have my monthly payment that i had made for that month and Bonitas had failed to pay for my medical bills in order for me to pay those accounts in cash .
