Bonitas Medical Fund Incompetence

I am struggling to get Bonitas Medical Fund to take monthly subscriptions off a bank account via debit order. All documentation has been submitted and confirmed. Emails have been received both in September and October saying debit order has been loaded and will be deducted but both October and November subscriptions have not gone off the bank account. I am unable to get any reasonable explanation as to why the stop order was not put into effect and I am forced to deal with *********** people who refuse to explain why they have not done their job. The account is in the name of a Family Trust and the member is one of the trustees. The trust pays me to do all the paperwork, and I am also one of the trustees. I do not need any members information and do not want any personal information. My questions I need answers to are 1) Why is the debit order not in effect. I have written proof via email that all was in place but both months it has not been done? 2) Why is Bonitas Medical Fund not able to follow a reasonable instruction and get the debit order going off on a monthly basis. They keep confirming that it will be done and then send out emails saying membership has been suspended? Surely it is more effective to have subscriptions paid via debit order than having to chase up subscriptions every month? 3) Can I please have an actual person (who has some authority and an idea of what is supposed to be done) contact me so that I can sort this problem out. Customer service is no help at all and just keep insisting on talking to the member. 4) Why is it necessary to keep trying to contact the member to ask him if I can sort this issue out. All paperwork has been submitted and Bonitas Medical Fund has already stated that they have done as requested. He does not need to be harrassed for payment when he has already made arrangements for payment to be done via debit order? Last month when I complained about the poor service I was informed via email "You are welcome to leave a review on Hellopeter" Thus sounds to me as if staff either need more supervision or more training? Possibly both in my opinion.
