BONITAS MEDICAL FUND INCOMPETANCE
I have been trying to sort out a claim for my late mom who passed away in January 2023. They have made my life hell doing everything to avoid paying this valid claim. I need to speak to someone in charge which is also proving impossible. This is not even about the money it is now about the principle. They have and are causing such stress and they don't have a clue whats actually going on. I am disgusted.
