Bonitas medical fund experience is horrible and very disappointing
A horrific experince with Bonitas medical aid. I have left discovery medical aid due to our company offering medical aid with Bonitas and we have thousands of employees with them.
There are continious problems with the service provided to resolve matters from bonitas.
My chronic medication has been approved by bonitas and there service provider pharmacy direct
The first 2 months my chronic medications was delivered and came out of my chronic benefits.
However for the next 5 months money had been deducted from my savings account.
I have queried this with numerous emails, and i was assured the will be resolved to date, no answers.
The run around giving by Bonitas and there management is pathetic.
The fault is on Bonitas side and their service provider pharmacy direct, which they have acknowledged. They need to reverse charges from my savings account and accredit me.
When signing up all our employees the service given by bonitas was incredible, once you have signed up with them, they are the worst medical service provider to date.
