Bonitas medical fund

I've been with bonitas for almost 5 years, theybdeduct from payslip, meaning they get their money on time every time without doubts or inconvenience!! Recently I terminated the fund, due to the fiscal constraints our country is facing. They deducted understandably so, that 1 month in advance thing. End of August the deducted again, after sending a certificate of termination! Now they are giving me the run around! Wait for 5 working days, from the 9th of September! When u call them they say " system is a bit slow or down" they make u wait until all your airtime is finish3d!! This is bull****!!
