I am dismayed that you have failed me once again and have not processed my new script so that my medication can be delivered on time. I am without medication and want the public to know that if I die they should lay the blame squarely at your feet.

Your appalling service has left me no other alternative but to take this to social media and hellopeter because we should not have to pay for poor service. When you debit my account you are quick to act but when it comes to delivering on your promises you lack haste.

To add insult to injury your phone lines have a technical glitch that is what it says for 3 days straight I have been trying you.

I want and would like this matter reserved urgently.
