Bonitas Medical Fund Administration is Worse!

Very poor administration and no sense of urgency whatsoever. For over a month, they couldn't solve my medical aid underwriting issue, for which they were responsible. I app**** with my 2 dependents; they only captured the main member, after which they want to impose a waiting period after I report that they didn't capture my dependents. Terrible indeed. Even when escalated, there is no sense of urgency. This is embarrassing. Where else do you go to get them to attend to your query?
