Bonitas Medical Fund administration a disaster
Bonitas has shown me that it is pretty useless and inefficient. I was accepted as a member in November 2024 and to date I have not been able to use medical aid. They keep asking me for the same documents used in granting me membership. You email all documents time and time again but they keep asking the same thing. It is proving to be the worst experience.

I need you to resolve the matter and have my medical aid live. What is so difficult in calling me again and tell me what the outcome of your investigation is instead of doing the very same thing you have been doing?
