Bonitas medical fund a total administrative disaster
It's been an ongoing struggle with these people! I'm somehow suspended out of the blue while paying more than I should on my monthly premium! They don't accept invoices of cash payments made at a pharmacy because I'm suspended. I send my proof of payment every month to the designated email address. To no avail. I can't afford to change because of a 3 month waiting period at a different scheme. Please don't bother to even try to contact them. They are utterly useless.
