Bonitas Medical Fund - ******* !!!!
Firstly they don't even deserve the one star rating. There should be a scale for negative stars. These people are absolute *******. I've got emails showing dates for my refund which was supposed to be in May 2025. Now we I'm given the run around to submit further documents and file multiple quires for my refund. I've made about five calls and their staff members and useless.
The documents where submitted on December and now I've had to resubmit them but still no end it sight for my money. Bonitas, i am going to ensure this reaches all social media platforms so people are aware of the **** service you provide.
I want my refund !!!!!!!
