Wow just wow.. What a useless service. Everyone always tells you how important medical aid is but no one tells you how **** the call centers are. As someone that works in the tourist industry this is not how you handle business.

So to the problem. Firstly since I have signed up I have not received a single document to MY Emails stating that I've actually got an account instead all of it is sent to my mother and sister.. Hmm strange.

Secondly I get a call stating that I have not paid my account. Hmm what account where are the documents???

Thirdly after sorting everything out and saying it would be a double payment at the end of the month the idiots go and debit my account.

So to warn anyone wanting to join through these people, Don't they are the biggest ****ing idiots I've ever come across. The term vampire probably started with idiots like this cause all they want to do is suck you of your money and they don't give a **** after.

What type of company does a debit order on a Saturday and has no team to assist you on that day.

Well I can say that I'm extremely disappointed (If that was not already clear) I will do everything in my power to spread the word of how **** there services is.
