Bonitas Medical Fund
If anyone is thinking of getting this medical aid - please DON'T!!!Their staff is unhelpful and does not give any updates or feedback on queries. My mom was discharged from hospital without the equipment she needed once she was out of hospital because they simply do not pay claims on time despite countless follow ups at their offices in Musgrave and calls being made. Their don't care attitude is most disgusting!!!
