Bonitas Medical Fund

Bonitas Medical Aid (Boncap) is a ****, i have been with them for more than 5 years now, i consulted my GP in April and May, then i recieve an SMS from my GP advising that i owe them, when calling them Bonitas the agent told me that i didn't appoint the GP i went into and they won't pay, the consultant i spoke to kept me on hold for over 25 minutes she says she is transferring me to her manager, as i type am still holding the line, i think its time we part ways, this is very bad.
