Bonitas Medical Aid,poor services

I have been trying to remove a member from my medical aid for the last two weeks with no success, *********** staff and a serious lack of service.

I am really happy with the medical aid itself but, to have won the platinum medical aid of the year twice in-a-row but, you are unable to complete a simple task..frightening!
