Bonitas Medical aid without benefits
I have been with Bonitas for more than 15 years and the first time my son had to do knee operation. I am so disappointed and I must pay co-payments R4600+ R1560. Why are they not paying evethimg umder hospital plan. My funds are already exhausted and I must pay full premiums for the whole year for nothing. I still don't understand why should i continue paying medical aid without benefits. Pls advise
