Bonitas Medical Aid with holding thousands from client.

I have been dealing with Bonitas Medical aid fund since January 2025 with regards to my refund they had to pay out.

I called them numerous times and even had to get my bank statements certified at the police station :). Imagine that! Siphokazi. They keep on promising pay out in 3 - 5 days, nothing ever happens. Then they said it would get paid out in May. I called on Monday, they said it will get paid out in 3 - 5 days. I call today and then Siphokazi the Manager tells me it will get paid out in May sometime and that's it.

This is THE worst medical aid company in the WORLD. I regret joining them, quick to debit and slow on service.!

Only received an email on the 16th that it's at their Finance Department.

Clearly that meant nothing as still I have not received my payout. I will post this service on ALL Platforms and also question their SLA
