Bonitas medical aid very Lacking.
Bonitas unable to assist with PEP emergency. Does not care if member is infected. Consultant states Bonitas app is down and unable to confirm if benefits are available and states member can only get assistance Monday to Friday and any medical emergency cannot be assisted as they are unable to confirm availablity of benefits. I joined under a group company scheme where I should have benefits available immediately but no one at Bonitas is able to confirm this

The medical aid sorted my issue out with the group scheme I'm on. They gave me immediate access to my benefits and provided me with assistance to get the necessary medical assistance.
The consultants whom phoned me were excellent
