BONITAS MEDICAL AID USELESS!!!

0 STARS!! Beyond useless! They will look for every excuse NOT to pay. They asked for the same document about 10 times! And then denied the claim! This is after several months of emails, phone calls and making me provide all sorts of documents. NOTE: i had to provide detailed instructions on how to READ an invoice: like where to find the date, the amount and obvious things that even a 6 year old can find. YES, they actually denied the claim stating there's no date! and then no amount! etc etc... when all this was there in there first place!
