Bonitas will Suspend your Benefits while your account is up to date and they have sent you smses that Money was received and allocated to your account. I am in hospital and they just sent me a message that my benefits have been suspended. What kind of Incompetence is this? how do you suspend benefits without verifying if indeed the account is owing? How do we trust people with such a poor process with the one thing that is here to take care of our lives during the season of High Fever?
