Bonitas -medical aid that couldn't give a damn about your health

It's funny how every year the amount you pay gets increased and yet the benefits seem to get less and less. Except for the fact that you have co payments on just about everything including chronic medication, Bonitas and the ICPS clearly don't have an actual medical professional between them, declining surgeries because impossible standards aren't met for someone who is constantly in pain because they need the surgery which they can't get. ****** shameful and clearly not worth a cent paid to them. After reviewing the cost of the policy and all the co-payments it is clear there are better options out there.
