BONITAS MEDICAL AID TAKES YOUR MONEY BUT WON'T PAY CLAIMS
BONITAS DID NOT PAY MY CLAIM FOR MY DOCTOR AS THEY CLAIM I HAVE NOT DONE MY WELLNESS SCREENING. I DID MY WELLNESS SCREENING 3 TIMES NOW: 1 AT DISCHEM, AND TWICE ON THE APP. THEY TAKE MY CONTRIBUTION FOR 2 YEARS, BUT WHEN I CLAIM FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 2 YEARS THEY REJECT MY CLAIM
