BONITAS MEDICAL AID SUSPENDED
Worse service ever receive regarding complaint about the contribution, apparently there was a short payment done, however the amount that was paid was the correct amount. After several call to the call center nobody before told me there was a short payment done, each and every time after I phone and complaint because the medical aid was suspended, Bonitas re-instate the medical aid just to receive another e-mail the medical aid is suspended
