Bonitas medical aid scheme doesn't care about their members

i have been a member of Bonitas medical aid scheme for 5 years. in September I was involved in an accident with the whole family. my husband was badly injured than the rest of us. he was in hospital for 2 months and in November he was transferred to rehab. on 22Jan 2025 he was discharged without wheelchair. rehab requested that I follow up with medical aid Bonitas why are they not approving/authorizing the wheelchair. after threatening them that I am going to write a review about them only then they authorized a wheelchair. i needed that wheelchair when my husband was discharged, i was panicking as I didn't know how to handle him as a big Man. i am very disappointed with Bonitas as my husband was treated unfairly with no dignity. very bad treatment of clients
