Bonitas medical aid refusing to pay ambulance

I called an ambulance Er24 when I was very sick I couldn't even drove my car. Now I am receiving calls that I must pay ambulance since what I was calling for was not emergency. I feel it's unfair because I am paying monthly my Bonitas medical aid and I was sick I needed to go to hospital.
