Bonitas Medical Aid prioritizes profit, not members wellbeing

I contacted Bonitas medical aid regarding the campaign that Dischem was running which promoted pap smear and breast examination on the 5th of March 2020. I was assured that if my sample is sent to Lancet laboratory for examination, Bonitas will definitely pay my claim. I paid R600 for the examination. On the 13th of March, I submitted my claim to Bonitas medical aid with proof of payment and results from Lancet laboratories. Today, I was shocked when I made a follow up and I was told that there is something wrong with the codes. How am I supposed to know which codes are accepted and which ones are not? As a member, my concern is whether I have cancer or not,; not codes. It appears to me like Bonitas medical aid is only interested in deducting monthly contributions from members and make more profit rather than their well being.
