Bonitas medical aid poor service and pathetic ****mers

Bonitas medical aid is worst medical aid with very poor service,I requested to join the fund in November 2024,I only got a response mid December,while I was then sent the underwriter letter which I signed Sametime and my start date was going to be 1 December I never get any response from them after submitting the underwriting letter except that I was being sent sms that I am owing the scheme,there was no welcome pack to show that I have successfully joined the medical aid.and that time I already joined another medical aid,I submitted the termination form and membership was terminated as per their communication on the 2nd Feb,but because of their communication which shows that even with the departments the communication is very poor I kept on receiving sms about outstanding balance I sent an email informing them that my membership was terminated their response was it will be terminated end of this month but how is that even possible whereas I have a termination letter,my account was debited can you bring back my money I do not have any active membership with you
