Bonitas Medical Aid - Not such a bad medical aid at all

I have written a two bad reviews of Bonitas on hellopeter but at last they have come to their senses and paid the outstanding amount. The main problem often seems to be able to get in touch with the right people rather than every time one phones or e mails getting in touch with a different person. Not only have Bonitas paid the disputed amount but have opened a " care plan"for me. Thanks to hellopeter as without this website I do not think I would have got in touch with the correct people and my problem solved
