Bonitas Medical Aid not keeping to their "promises:

I AM DONE WITH BONITAS. I am on Chronic Medication which I need to take everyday. At first they paid for it and now suddenly they don't. After calling Pharmacy Direct and asking them why my Medication was not delivered, I found out this morning that the Medical aid canceled it because they don't pay for my medication anymore. I like to cancel my membership because this is the worst medical aid I chose. Please send me the procedure to cancel!!!!!
