Bonitas medical aid not attending to queries
I have made a complaint against Bonitas medical aid and they promised to contact me but did not. When I called them they asked me to send the account that was not paid. It was sent back saying case closed. Queries still not attended to. ********** 0150 . The customer care just refuse to put me through to management. I am very upset now.
