Bonitas Medical Aid, messing me around because they are reluctant to payout my savings.

Bonitas Medical Aid is messing me around when it comes to payout of my Medical Aid Savings. I terminated in October 2025...they said it can only be terminated end Dec (2 months gone right up front). Then, they quietly changed payout waiting period from 3 months to 5 months (WHY?) and now I expect payment in May. It's now 8 almost months of waiting. My emails to them are basically ignored. I then check on Hellopeter and I see I'm not alone. This is the unprofessional and ********* way in which they operate.
