Bonitas Medical Aid ****mers !!!

I was hospitalised in January and February no longer than 4 days each stay at the hospital. I am now paying some doctors that I owe due to this **** of a medical aid Bonitas not paying doctors in full !!! Now I’m receiving the third debt that I now have to pay from Life Flora Hospital, meaning this **** of a medical did not pay!!!! I’ve emailed them this problem last week and till date my query has not been solved proving to me the ****mers they are . Query number:120725Q1DJZN is still pending even to this day of which the query was sent on the 12th of July !!!! They are very good at taking our monthly payments but when they have to deliver on the services , they are nowhere to be found!!!!!!!
