BONITAS MEDICAL AID - Lammetjie Mthetwa
After having no joy through the regular communication channels and reporting the bad service to hellopeter, Bonitas was quick to react and introduced me to Lammetjie Mthetwa. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was efficient, quick and kept me updated througout the refund process. She is an absolute asset for Bonitas.
