Bonitas Medical Aid is Useless

In 2013, I cancelled my Bonitas Medical aid, I was advised that I had to wait for 6 months and more to get my refund from the savings I had with them because they needed to make sure I owe them nothing before they make the payment. as promised they did pay me in November 2013. <br> <br> Two years later I get a call from some ITC Company with a lady that called ready to fight and Insulting me that I should not make my problems her problem. I honestly do not understand why Bonitas has never picked up the phone and call me to say I owe them R160 and to explain to me how I owe them that amount when they confirmed that they will settle everything before they pay me.<br> Bonita's has now handed me over for collections like I am some client who is refusing to pay, I would have appreciated a call from Bonita's since they were my company not ITC Something.<br> <br> Though I do not understand how I owe Bonitas and honestly believe I am being cheated, I will pay them the R160 that I owe apparently, However I refuse to pay a cent more until Bonitas contact me and explain why I was handed over without them ever contacting me.<br> <br> Anyone considering taking your Medical Aid with Bonitas?
