BONITAS MEDICAL AID - is there anyone out there???? !!!!!!
So, my battle with Bonitas is ongoing. They have not bothered to respond to my negative review of 5 February 2020. I seriously do not know how to get their attention, as the normal channels just do not work. I am up to 3 outstanding claims at the moment.
