Bonitas Medical Aid is the worst medical aid in the market

This is thee worst medical aid companies i have ever come across , their customer services is rotten to the core, you cant get a team leader or anyone to resolve your queries, I paid cash at the Dr and when i claimed i was told that i will be paid within 3 days which was nonsense , because when i called to enquire and supposedly spoke to a senior consultant **** and said my money will reflect i didnt reflect infact i was then told that i owed medical aid on top on the money that i paid every month, dont ever come near this medical aid
